ICE NINE is a brand-new drinking experience created by the start-up ICE NINE Drinks. Each Icenine has a frozen flavoured shell and a liquid centre. We have both cocktails and mocktails available.

Pop the entire Icenine into your mouth (like a shot), roll it around, and enjoy the burst as the liquid spirit centre is released.

We provide a dedicated ICE NINE Freezer Unit, which is pre-set to the optimal temperature for storage and serving. Please do not place other items in the freezer.

We provide serving trays that allow Icenines to be served on a bed of crushed ice (also supplied). Icenines last for 15-20 minutes on the serving trays, and the crushed ice should be replaced every 45 minutes to maintain the ideal serving conditions.

Yes. Icenines are 100% vegan and free from all common allergens. Full ingredients lists are available on the sides of each box of Icenines.

Icenines are currently available for events (weddings, birthdays, celebrations, corporate functions etc.). Plans to expand into festivals, bars, nightclubs, and restaurants are underway.
